How to Use It

RECOMMENDED POUR

Basil Smash

Keeping it green, this gin works beautiful in a basil smash! Mix 50ml of Nordic EtOH Thyme & Lemon, 20ml of fresh lemon juice, 20ml of sugar syrup and at least 8 fresh organic basil leaves to a shaker tin. Shake hard with good quality ice and fine strain the cocktail into a chilled highball glass. Add good quality ice to the glass and top with bubbly club soda. Garnish with basil and serve.

Their thyme & lemon edition is an aromatic, 100% organic dry gin, slightly spiced and balanced with freshness from sun ripe lemons. Containing 11 botanicals complimented by mild herbal aromas from fresh thyme, with a citric appeal from fresh lemon zest. An appetising dry gin with a Mediterranean character.
