RECOMMENDED POUR

Erika Gimlet

Erika Dry’s unusual and distinctive flavour array makes it a lively base for a beautiful gin gimlet. To make your own, add 22.5ml of simple syrup, 22.5ml of lime juice and 60ml of Erika Dry Gin into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until cold. Strain your cocktail into a chilled coupe glass, and you’re ready to enjoy!

This lime and sugar mixture will really bring out the botanicals from the gin and create a delicious full-flavoured cocktail. If you’d like to add a bit of style, you can finish it off with a lime wheel or wedge to garnish.

Inspiration behind the product

Erika Dry is the original gin created by Erika Spirits, and remains their best-seller. With a base of genever and honey, its flavours are surprising and unusual, while retaining a classic gin identity. The micro-batches of Erika Dry are made with great love and affection, as befits a firstborn child.

What makes it unique

Erika Dry contains eight different plants and botanicals from the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region of France, including honey from one of the founders’ beehives. Erika Spirits chose to use a juniper base when creating this gin and then added plants like tarragon, walnut leaves and citrusy Sansho berries. The result is a completely original and well-balanced flavour.
