Tambour Blanc is a palm wine spirit born under the tropical sun of Benin, traditionally known as sodabi.

It preserves the original character of sodabi, notably its floral bouquet delicately intertwined with hints of cinnamon. This powerful aroma continues on the palate with notes of white pepper and plantain.

The drum, resonating like a heartbeat, is present at most local festivals and ceremonies where sodabi is enjoyed.

Recent 85-point bronze medal winner at IWSC 2026 in London.
