Measure out 60ml of Gin al Genepy with 180ml of premium tonic water in a chilled highball glass over ice, adding a drop of aromatic bitters to accentuate the subtle spices present in the gin.

Gin al Genepy carves out a journey inwards from the international, global-reach of gin, to the intimate and local mountainous climates where Genepy is produced. By taking the universally recognised formula of juniper-infused spirit, and combining it with the regional botanicals that characterise the maritime Alps, Argala’s take on gin carves out a distinctive style that captures the alpine character of the Piedmont region of Italy while working within a well-established spirit category.
What makes it unique
Gin al Genepy takes a cold-compounding approach to gin production, infusing the classical style of juniper-forward gin with the spirit of the maritime Alps. This is achieved by a lengthy maceration process, where key botanicals like genepy flowers are left to steep in wheat distillate for up to six months. The delicate and non-invasive form of maceration allows for the delicate, floral aromatics of the alpine botanicals to be captured with being denatured under stress of heat or pressure, resulting in a gin that is exceedingly fresh and complex.
