Dry Gin Bio - Édition Verte

Keeping it green, this gin works beautiful in a basil smash! Mix 50ml of Nordic EtOH Thyme & Lemon, 20ml of fresh lemon juice, 20ml of sugar syrup and at least 8 fresh organic basil leaves to a shaker tin. Shake hard with good quality ice and fine strain the cocktail into a chilled highball glass. Add good quality ice to the glass and top with bubbly club soda. Garnish with basil and serve.
